CARING FOR YOUR WINONA
AFINE JEWELLERY
Due to the nature of the metals, tarnishing may occur over time. This is dependant on a number of factors such as the acidity of your skin and the way the jewellery has been looked after.
We strongly recommend against having AFINE jewellery come into any contact with chemicals, including but not limited to cosmetics, perfume, lotions and salt water. This is to prevent the jewellery from wearing down and discolouring. Remove jewellery prior to any exercising and swimming.
BEADING
WINONA Beaded garments have been specially hand crafted by artisans. These special pieces take 3 months to hand make. They are very delicate and should be looked after with the special treatment and love they deserve. With wear some embellishments can come off, please see swing tags for matching embellishment. Please avoid rubbing against rough surfaces and be cautious wearing elaborate jewellery to avoid fabric pulling. Dry clean only unless care instructions specify otherwise.
OUR EMBELLISHMENTS
WINONA is renowned for embellished garments, which are applied individually by hand. Each garment is unique with no two the same. With wear some embellishments can come off. When purchasing your WINONA, we supply matching sequins and embellishments (enclosed in the swing tag). Please keep the swing tag as we are unable to provide matching embellishments as our embellished details change each season.
CARING FOR YOUR WINONA
WINONA offers a wide range of product each with individual care instructions. Please follow the care instructions on your products care label.
If using an iron do not place any heat over the beading/embellishments.
WINONA products are made with fine fabrics, please take care when wearing jewellery as they may snag. All modal, lycra, knit & rayon pieces should be folded as the garment could stretch if hung for extended periods.
DRY CLEANING YOUR WINONA
When dry cleaning your WINONA please take it to a trusted, specialty dry cleaner, preferably members of the Dry Cleaning Institute of Australia. Our garments are very delicate and must be cleaned in the appropriate solvent; please ensure your dry cleaner uses Hydrocarbon or Green Earth products, with strict limitations on amount of water, reduced chemical action and low drying temp.
As some WINONA garments are enriched with embellishments, we recommend no heat on the beading/embellishments.
