We accept refunds and exchanges on full priced items purchased online only. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on any promotion/ sale/ discounted items.

WINONA has a 7 day refund/exchange policy on full priced items. Please inform us via email ( within 7 days of receiving your item if you would like to exchange/refund your item. Unfortunately we are unable to allow refunds/exchanges on items over 7 days. 

Online orders can not be returned/ exchanged at our Bondi Flagship store.

We cannot be held responsible for any duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. It is the responsibility of the customer to absorb any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We are also unable to mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions. All prices must be honestly declared in the shipment labels due to law prohibitions. 

If we have sent the parcel and the Customer refuses any required duties and taxes upon delivery, a $50 shipping and handling fee will be incurred to have the parcel returned to us. This fee is applied to us and we will then deduct this from the Customer's refund upon the return of the parcel.

Our Online system utilises eWAY, which will flag any transactions and payments that may be at 'risk'. This may be due to a failed payment or varying shipping and billing Countries on an Order.
By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and where WINONA Australia feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions. 
If our security gateway system flags your payment as 'low, medium or high risk', WINONA may need to request a copy of your photo ID in order to check the name matches the name on the credit card used at purchase. If your payment has been flagged as 'high risk', we will allow up to 72 hours to receive relevant information in order to verify your payment, before the order will be cancelled and the funds returned to the account used to purchase.

Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
Any personal information obtained by WINONA Australia will not be passed on to any Third party. We keep all personal information private.


About the WINONA ONLINE gift card
Online gift cards can only be used on our online website.
An electronic code will be created and sent to you via email. 
The card can be used as full or part payment for any goods on our online store only.
No change or refund will be given in cash but the balance may be applied to future purchases.
About the WINONA ONLINE credit note
Online credit notes can only be used on our online website.
An electronic code will be created and sent to you via email. 
The card can be used as full or part payment for any goods on our online store only.
However, please note unfortunately credit notes cannot be applied to any other discount. They can be applied to red ticketed items, but not any extra discount codes.
No change or refund will be given in cash but the balance may be applied to future purchases.
GIFT CARD/CREDIT NOTE Terms and Conditions
All gift cards/credit notes have no service fees. WINONA gift cards/credit notes will automatically expire after 1 year from purchase date without notice and any outstanding balance will be forfeited. Gift Cards/credit notes are not be redeemable for cash, except as required by law and are not valid for mail order, direct or internet purchases. WINONA is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of gift cards/credit notes. Your purchase or use of WINONA gift cards/credit notes constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of issue.

WINONA Australia's prices may vary in the event of price changes or mistakes on this website without prior notice to you. If WINONA requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order. In the rare case of a price or discount error online, WINONA reserves the right to correct the error which may result in a refund or partial refund for the Customer's order. Any refund or cancellation will be advised through email to the Customer.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
