All International orders are sent with DHL Express.

During busy sale periods, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched. You may select standard or express shipping at checkout, however please note the dispatch time may vary due to sales volume. Thank you for your patience. 

 

Domestic

All Domestic Orders are shipped via Australia Post and a signature will be required on delivery. Standard shipping is $9.50. Express shipping is $14.50. All domestic orders over $249.00 are eligible for free standard shipping (automatically removed at checkout).

  • Domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post. We select 'signature required' however you do have the option to authorise the parcel to be left, once tracking details are issued. Please ensure that you are entering a shipping address that is secure, as Winona Australia cannot be held responsible for missing parcels, at the fault of the Customer or courier. 
  • Delivery is usually made between 2-4 business days. Any delays from when the parcel is sent are outside our control.
  • At this time, we do not offer Click + Collect. Orders placed through our Online store will be posted out to the Customer.

WINONA eBoutique ships worldwide.

Orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS for a flat rate of AUD $30. All orders over $500 AUD are eligible for free shipping (automatically removed at checkout). The $30 shipping fee does not include Taxes + Duties.

*PLEASE NOTE - In some circumstances, our shipping provider will take into consideration any remote locations of the recipient (deemed by DHL). This results in an extra charge applied to WINONA, on top of the usual shipping charges. In this case, we will contact you to discuss options further.

 

Import Taxes:

We cannot be held responsible for any duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. It is the responsibility of the customer to absorb any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We are also unable to mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions. All prices must be honestly declared in the shipment labels due to law prohibitions. 

If we have sent the parcel and the Customer refuses any required duties and taxes upon delivery, we will arrange return to sender with DHL Express. Any return shipping costs or taxes associated with the refused delivery, will be deducted from the Customer's refund upon receiving the parcel. We will provide you written record and proof of these costs.

PROCESSING TIME

Note: Please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch. Customers will be notified when their order is dispatched with a separate email for your Invoice and tracking number.

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WINONA Australia only legally accepts orders once it has delivered the goods. Placing an order, processing of a payment and acknowledgement of an order does not constitute a legally binding contract. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time before the order has been delivered.

 

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Unfortunately, once your order has already been packed and left our warehouse, we are unable to reroute it or cancel. Once the order has left our warehouse, the relevant returns policy applies to this order.
