The final dispatch date for Online orders is Friday 17th December.
Our Head Office is closed for Christmas + New Year break from Friday 17th December - Tuesday 4th January 2022. All online orders will be dispatched by 5th / 6th January.
All online orders are sent with an Express courier however, you must allow 2-3 business days for the your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.
Our small team is continuing to maintain social distancing measures and this can impact dispatch times.
Returns processing may incur delays; please allow 4-5 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives back in our warehouse.

All Domestic Orders will be shipped via Toll DX or Australia Post. Flat rate is $10. All orders over $300 are eligible for free shipping (automatically removed at checkout).
- Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO boxes or Parcel Collect. If you provide us with one of these, your order may incur delays in processing
- At this time, we do not offer Click + Collect. Orders placed through our Online store will be posted out to the Customer.

Orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS for a flat rate of AUD $30. All orders over $300 AUD are eligible for free shipping (automatically removed at checkout).

We cannot be held responsible for any duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. It is the responsibility of the customer to absorb any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We are also unable to mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions. All prices must be honestly declared in the shipment labels due to law prohibitions.
If we have sent the parcel and the Customer refuses any required duties and taxes upon delivery, a $50 shipping and handling fee may be incurred to have the parcel returned to us. This fee is applied to us and we will then deduct this from the Customer's refund upon the return of the parcel.
Note: Please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch. Customers will be notified when their order is dispatched with a separate email for your Invoice and tracking number.

Unfortunately, once your order has already been packed and left our warehouse, we are unable to reroute it or cancel. Once the order has left our warehouse, the relevant returns policy applies to this order.
