During busy sale periods, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched. You may select standard or express shipping at checkout, however please note the dispatch time may vary due to sales volume. Express orders are always prioritised.

WINONA Australia is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

International Import Taxes:

Our shipping charge does not include any import taxes or duties. It is the responsibility of the customer to absorb any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We are also unable to mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions. All prices must be honestly declared in the shipment labels due to law prohibitions. 

If we have sent the parcel and the Customer refuses any required duties and taxes upon delivery, we will arrange return to sender with DHL Express. Any return shipping costs or taxes associated with the refused delivery, will be deducted from the Customer's refund upon receiving the parcel. We will provide you written record and proof of these costs.
