Can I use Afterpay?
Yes! Afterpay is available on our Online store. Unfortunately we do not offer Afterpay in our Boutique at this stage.


How do I apply a discount code?
Add your item/s to cart, once you reach the checkout page, enter the discount code in where it says 'Gift card or discount code'. Click 'Apply'.


I placed my Order online. When will I receive my Invoice and tracking number?
We will email through your Invoice and tracking number/link to the email address provided on your order. Please ensure all details are correct at time of purchase so that you receive this information.


My item wasn't quite right. How do I process a return?

Can I process/ drop off my Online return in the Bondi Boutique?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any Online store returns in our Bondi Boutique. We use completely separate inventory systems and to avoid the significant inventory issues, we must keep them separate. In line with our return terms, all online returns must be returned to our Paddington NSW address, provided to you when your RA is requested.


I'm ordering online from outside Australia. Will I have to pay for Duties and taxes?
The shipping cost added to your order at the time of checkout does not include possible taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the Country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. It's been 3 business days and my Domestic order hasn't turned up yet.
We use TOLL DX for all Domestic orders. Delivery is usually made within 1-2 business days from dispatch, however sometimes delays will occur outside of our control. We can always assist you in tracking your order if it has surpassed 3-4 business days, however you may find it quicker to call this line and quote your tracking number - 13 88 44.


Can I cancel my online order?

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order you have just placed.

If your order has already packaged up, you may have to incur the shipping fee, to cover the cost of the express satchel which is no longer reusable.

If your order has already been collected by our Courier, we are unable to request a RTS and you will have to wait until the parcel arrives and then initiate a return.

Unfortunately orders placed during sale/promo periods such as our 'Boxing Day Sale' cannot be cancelled once placed.


Can I combine two discounts at checkout?

Unfortunately the checkout only allows for one discount code to be used per order. We recommend using the one with the highest discount! Gift cards may be used in conjunction with a discount code.

Can I apply a discount to an order once I've already placed it?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed we are unable to apply any existing discounts.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched same business day if placed before 12pm AEST or the next business day if placed after 12pm AEST. During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.
